Top Grade Ground Bison

Love their ground bison. Very lean. Use it mainly for burgers to get full bison flavor. Almost too good to cover up flavor in spaghetti or meatloaf.

Ground Bison

I order the 24 pack every 3 months or so. Very convenient and versatile product. It has such a deep red color unlike regular cow. Loe it !!!

Great tasting bison

We have ordered this bison a number of times and are always happy with the taste and quality of the meat. We mix it with some grass-fed ground beef and our kids have no idea that they are eating bison! ;-)

Q: Hello Northstar team,

I'm wondering if it is an option to substitute ground bison blend into this $318.00 price point. So for example, would it be possible to order 12lbs of bison blend and 12lbs of standard ground for $318.

A: Hello Brendan, sorry for delayed response! That would be outside the "norm" but we are pretty good about catching notes pertaining to things like that. If you'd like to give it a shot, put your comments in the notes section at checkout and we'll do our best! Worst case scenario is you get 24 lbs of the one kind on the order. If that's too risky, it may be best to go with ordering 12 of each straight up. Sorry for the wishy washy answer... we love being the hero and doing things like this for our customers but also want to communicate the potential risk if it doesn't get caught since it is a nuanced situation. Thanks so much!
