Air Fried Steaks  


This safe and simple recipe is intended for use with Non-Aged Bison New York Strip,Non-Aged Bison Ribeye,Non-Aged Bison Top Sirloin, or Bison, elk, or beefFilet Mignon.

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 1 Steak at 8-10 ounces 

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil (optional depending on your sensitivity level) 

  • ½ tsp Salt (optional depending on your sensitivity level) 

  • ½ tsp any herbs that work for you (rosemary, thyme, etc.) 

  •  

Directions 

  • Preheatyour air fryerto 400ºF, this will take about5 minutes. 

  • Remove the steak from the packaging. Brush all over with the oil if desired. 

  • Season generously with salt, and any otherseasoning if desired. 

  • Place the steak in the air fryer and cook until an instant-read thermometer stuck into the thickest part reads 120ºF to 125ºF for medium rare,6-10minutes, flipping the steak halfway through.  

  • Turn off the air fryer and open the door so thatthere’s about a 1-inch opening; let the steak rest for 5 minutes. Transfer the steak to a cutting board and slice against the grain. Sprinkle the steak with flaky salt and serve.
