As with all things Northstar, our ham & bacon is 100% sugar free, 100% corn free, 100% soy free, 100% preservative free. We don't pump our stuff full of water to add weight either. It's just real ham and bacon smoked brined and smoked with real maple wood shavings, like our ancestors used to make it.
