Our 100% Grass Fed and Finished Lamb is so mild and slightly sweet tasting due to the quality of forage we naturally grow here in Wisconsin and the small-farm, low stress atmosphere. Our Ground Lamb is always ground in small batches which preserves the quality of the meat.
