Our elk are regeneratively pasture raised and humanely field harvested, living naturally on expansive pastures where they can graze and express their natural behaviors. Our regenerative approach works with nature to support healthier soil, diverse ecosystems, and thoughtful stewardship of the land and animals in our care.

Field harvesting allows the animal to remain in its familiar environment, avoiding the stress of loading, transportation, and conventional live-animal handling prior to harvest. It's a philosophy rooted in respect for the animal from the beginning of its life through the final moment.
