2 Tbsp TallowÂ

2 medium onionsÂ

1tsp cracked black pepperÂ

1 clove minced garlicÂ

2 medium pork brainsÂ

3 medium eggsÂ

 InstructionsÂ

Thinly slice the onions.Â

Add the sliced onion into the hot tallow and sauté it on medium-high heat until it gets a glassy / translucent look.Â

Reduce the heat to medium and throw in the black pepper and garlic.Â

 Sauté the garlic until fragrant for about 2-3 minutes.Â

Dice up the brains.Â

Put the diced-up brains onto the onion.Â

Sauté the onions and brains on medium-high heat until the brains changes color to whitish for about 2-3 minutesÂ

Pour the lightly beaten eggs into the pan as well.Â

Fry the eggs and brains to taste.Â
