Organ Supplement Cubes


 

These little “golden nuggets” of nutrition are so versatile, easy to make and add ahuge boost of vitamins and minerals to any dish! 

 

 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 4 hours

Servings:Dependant on individual needs

 Ingredients 

1-3lbs of any organ you would like to incorporate into your diet 

Optional: bone broth 

Note: If you choose to do this with a gland (adrenal, ovary etc.), ensure your daily serving is much smaller than say a liver,kidney or heart. 

 

 Instructions 

Option 1: Raw 

  1. Partially or fully thaw your organ(s) of choice until you can trim any gristle/fat off them 

  1. Dice into pea-sized pieces 

  1. Place on a single layer of ashallow dish or cookie sheet. 

  1. Freeze until solid, then remove from pan and place in a freezer safe bag or container. 

  1. Swallow whole with a drink (like how you would take a capsule) oradd to your favorite recipe or smoothie! 

Option 2: Cooked 

  1. Partially or fully thaw your organ(s) of choice until you can trim any gristle/fat off them 

  1. Dice into pea-sized pieces 

  1. Heata fry pan on medium heat, add organ cubes and a splash of bone broth. 

  1. Stir occasionally,cook untilorgan meat is fully cooked through. 

  1. Add organ and broth mixture to a heat safe blender (or use an immersionblender)andblend until smooth. (or let mixture cool and then blend once cool) 

  1. Pour mixture into small silicone ice cube tray and freezer. 

  1. Freeze until solid, then remove from pan and place in a freezer safe bag or container. 

  1. Swallow whole with a drink (like how you would take a capsule) or add to your favorite recipe or smoothie!
