A: Earning Bison Bucks is easy! You'll earn Bison Bucks whether you're logged into your account or not.

Q: How can I redeem my Bison Bucks?

A: Log in. Then, go into checkout and there will be a slider bar on the first page where you can select the exact amount of Bison Bucks you'd like to redeem. Watch this short Bison Bucks video!

**If you don't have an account, simply create one or activate a previous account. **Note: If the last time you purchased from us was prior to Sept. 1, 2019, your account may not have been activated in our new site database yet. In that case, simply assign a password to your account (can be your the same as your old one!).  

**Please note; While Bison Bucks are earned with subscription orders, Bison Bucks cannot be redeemed on subscriptions. To use your Bison Bucks, place a regular, one-time order.
**Also if you have an unused code from the past, you can paste it into the discount code field to apply it to your order.

Q: Do my Bison Bucks expire?

A: No, your Bison Bucks will remain with you as long as your account remains active! But they might get moldy after a while. ;P

Q: I can't see my Bison Bucks! Or; My account page isn't loading correctly.

A: You're possibly experiencing a browser functionality issue. Try clearing the cache in your browser.

Q: I lost my Bison Bucks coupon code! Is it gone forever?!

A: Nope! Your Bison Bucks code has been stored in a safe place for you to still use if you lose it. Simply go to your account page, click on Rewards History button and you'll see any codes you redeemed. Simply copy the code and paste it into the discount code field in the checkout process. :)
