Bison Meatloaf

A simple meatloaf good enough for Christmas Dinner.

Cook Time: 40 Minutes


  • 1 lb Ground Bison
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Medium Onion Diced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Cubed Dried Bread OR Crackers
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup


Mix in ingredients except meat in bowl together, beat well. Let stand 5 minutes. Blend in meat by hand & place in large muffin tins and bake 300 degrees for 40 min.
