Ingredients:
- 4 Elk Steaks, 1/2 Inch Thick (works well with bison too)
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper
Instructions:
Combine Worcestershire sauce and olive oil.
In a small bowl combine paprika, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and white pepper.
Coat both sides of each steak with the Worcestershire mixture and then the spice mixture.
Place steaks on a hot grill and cook until desired doneness.
