This is our family favorite to celebrate just about any occasion.....Mother's Day, birthdays, anniversaries, family business meetings, friends from out of town, you name it!! The combination of the grilled bison burger filled with feta cheese, stuffed into a pita pocket topped with pica de gio and finished off with a generous dose of cilantro yogurt sauce should make every taste bud in your mouth stimulated!

Ingredients:
1 oz Low-Fat Feta Cheese, Divided
2 4 oz Bison Burgers
2 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Ground Coriander
1/2 tsp Salt
2 1 Whole Wheat Pita Pocket Per Person, Cut in Half
Instructions:
Place ½ of the feta cheese on each burger and fold patty over, pinching edges together.
Rub olive oil on patties
Cucumber Relish and Cilantro Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Cucumber, Peeled, Seeded & Diced
1/2 Tomato, Seeded and Diced
1/4 Medium Red Onion, Diced
1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
1/2 cup Fat-Free Yogurt, Vanilla Flavored
1 cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
1/8 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
1/2 Jalapeno, Seeded
1 tbsp Garlic, Chopped
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Salt
