"I'm strong to the finish, 'cause I eats me spinach, I'm Popeye the sailor man! (toot, toot)"
Now, Popeye would just eat this stuff and big muscles would pop out all over!! But let's be realistic...in order to lose weight AND protect the lean muscle you already have, you have to eat the right food, and exercise enough to keep your muscles toned.
What if a simple vegetable could help you get there faster, would you want it? Of course you would! You guessed it.........SPINACH!!
This super veggie is packed full of Vit. A, B1, B2, B6 and C, E and K, calcium, folate, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, niacin, potassium, selenium, and zinc. Plus...it's a good source of fiber and protein and Omega-3 fatty acids.
