If you’ve never tried our lamb, you owe it to yourself. Our lambs are raised as nature intended; grazing and moving on to fresh grass throughout the spring and summer, then are harvested during the fall when nature is naturally fattening animals for winter. Our relentless focus on maintaining a low stress environment combined with our region’s native cool-season forages means our lambs finish well. We focus our efforts on the best genetics within the Katahdin breed, a hair sheep, due to their exceptional meat qualities. Combine all these factors together and the result is the most nourishing, tender, flavorful lamb you’ll find anywhere in the world.
