Our rabbits are raised humanely on small family farms and we're pushing the boundaries of how rabbits are traditionally raised as we try new & innovative ways to allow them to (safely!) live on pasture for as much of their lives as possible. Rabbit is a wonderful white meat that most don't consider when thinking about their protein planning for the week... but don't sleep on rabbit! Rabbit is a rapidly reproducing prey animal that is high on the list for many, many predators and, when they're raised right, for good reason; they're deeply nourishing and very delicious!
