Using our old fashioned original recipe, we thin-slice our jerky meat from the leanest, cleanest cut: elk inside round. We then season and smoke with real Northern Wisconsin maplewood shavings. Being a whole muscle jerky with absolutely no preservatives gives it a leg up on anything else out there. A light peppery zip while our mildly sweet Rocky Mountain Elk flavor shines through.
