Beautiful ribs!
"Great quality meat,great results. I'm speechless! So fresh and beautifully butchered. No need to trim fat or silver skin. I just let it cook down and got the juiciest tender meat ever! Restaurants just lost a customer cause I'm preparing a new order. No BBQ sauce for these ribs. I dry rub them in mojito lime seasoning, pineapple habanero spice, splash vinegar,splash fish sauce, italian herbs, sliced into 3 segments, standing up in my pressure cooker on low with 1/2cup chicken broth. 45 mins with a natural cool down. My sides, corn bread dressing, mac and cheese and cabbage. Too good to drown in BBQ sauce because the meat is so clean. However, my next order I will finish them with BBQ sauce under the broiler. You really give me wonderful products to home chef with. To busy eating to take a picture this time. Lol"

"Usually Northstar Bison has excellent quality meat. However, we ordered hundreds of dollars in racks of spare ribs, and they were all trimmed **horribly**. Cut way too close to the bone. They were skimpy and way too thin, and the outer 25% simply dried to a crisp on the smoker. Very unhappy with this latest order."
