What started out as a Thanksgiving tradition in our country has turned into year-round goodness. Turkey is an extremely nutrient dense and clean protein. Our turkeys are raised under blue skies and fresh air, scratching up yummy, wholesome pasture and woodland pickin’s with an organic, soy-free & corn-free smorgasbord on the side. Unlike industrial confinement operations where its turkeys wing to wing, butt to butt, snood to snood in every direction, our tom turkeys live as nature intended!

Turkeys go from one of the ugliest birds to one that turns captivating during mating season. When strutting to win the approval of nearby hens, a tom turkey fans it's tail feathers into a beautiful display, puffs out its chest feathers and beard out to reflect the sunlight with a shimmering iridescence as they turn their head and neck deep shades of red, white, and blue based upon their mood in the moment. During the spring mating season, it's easy to see why Benjamin Franklin was fond of the turkey as a national bird candidate. Any other time of year, one needs to look a little harder to see their beauty.
**This ration comprises of approximately 50% of their diet. The remaining 50% is made up of whatever they find pecking and scratching around in the pastures.
