Using our old fashioned original recipe, we thin-slice our jerky meat from the leanest, cleanest cut: bison inside round. We then season and smoke with real Northern Wisconsin maplewood shavings. Being a protein-dense whole muscle jerky with absolutely no preservatives gives it a leg up on anything else out there.
