First City to Ban Advertising of Meat

I can't even believe my eyes and ears... Haarlem, a city in Holland, just announced a law that bans advertising of meat in public spaces, slated to take effect in 2024.Click here to read the article for yourself.

In the article you'll notice there is a note about "organic" meat and the possiblity of creating a caviat for meat raised under certain standards. That sounds like a hornets nest! Holistic resource management school teaches to manage for what you want, not what you don't want... how 'bout we create reward incentives for production systems to produce meat regeneratively rather than banning meat because it's being raised in ways that do harm? Currently, there are significant monetary advantages for industrial ag that leave food raised as nature intended eating their dust.

Holland has taken a very progressive stance in the climate change battle but we need to be careful not to throw the baby out with the bathwater. The dichotomy between a regenerative ranch and a CAFO (confined animal feeding operation), is as different as the sun from the moon. There is much debate over the Carbon Credit Offset concept (the ability for carbon emmissions positive companies to purchase "carbon credits" from carbon negative companies in an effort to "offset" their pollution load) as it has the potential to allow environmental rapists to continue their activites while under the "permission" of Carbon Offset Credits but as CCs begin to gain steam in the marketplace, regeneratively operated farms & ranches are poised to become one of the most scientifically qualified carbon negative operations from which to sell credits. There's a realistic solution that ties back to doing real good. And the more eco-conscious your operation is, the more credits you'd be able to sell.

What is most concerning about Haarlem's announcement is the fact that there is overwhelming scientific evidance that meat production, done as nature intended, is not only not harmful, it is extremely beneficial which can lead us to another conclusion... they don't care. There is another agenda at play where real, science-based logic has no place at the table. The World Economic Forum (WEF) has stated, very clearly, their intended war on meat and this new law being imposed in Holland is at the core of the WEF's mission. The insidious replacement of meat in our diets is not so insidious anymore. The beauty in all of this is that the human body cannot be circumvented. It very clearly & objetively states it's approval or disapproval of our diet. It cares not what modern science says, it only knows nourishment or not.

As Mark Twain penned so precisely; "A lie can travel around the world and back again while the truth is lacing up it's boots."

The truth always prevails but the lie can do a lot of damage while the truth is still lacing up it's boots.

All meat getting categorized under the CAFO umbrella would be catastrophic on so many levels. It's time to get more vocal about conscious meat consumption. "Saying something" can be as simple as talking as a family about what eating means.

It doesn't require a live stream on social media but silence is concent.
