Important Wholesale Updates

Dear Valued Customer,

I am reaching out to let you know that we appreciate your repeat business with us, and we are so glad that you can join us in our mission of feeding people well. As the end of 2024 is fast approaching, we are writing to inform you that we are making a few minor changes with our wholesale shipments. This is all based on UPS guidelines and information.

1. We are discontinuing the use of our F Boxes for shipments of wholesale orders. UPS has informed us that they will now be applying a $100 surcharge for that size box that would be added onto the cost of your actual shipping charge. These are our largest size box, and they can hold up to 100lbs of meat. We do have a box that is slightly smaller that we will be using instead. Using this box instead should not have any negative effects on your shipping rates with us, it will need to be considered when building your orders.

2. UPS is not charging a surcharge of $100 if the F box is not used. Mainly because of the weight and how heavy they can be. This is a factor in discontinuing the use of that package. We do not want to be forced to extend any additional fees to the customer.

3. Beginning November 18th and running through January 10th some zip codes that are typically a 3-day ground will turn into a 3 day select. This means your shipping rate will increase via UPS due to the express shipping method. Not all zip codes will be affected. We will continue to ship those orders on Monday only to decrease the risk of delay.
