Bison, Elk, Beef, Pork, Lamb... pretty much any meat is easy and excellent in an Instant Pot! Here are some very simple instructions to take the stress out of making great meals.
Easy Instant Pot Cooking
- Preheat oil with the Saute function (if desired) and season your meat liberally with salt and other spices if desired.
Cook with 1-1.5 cups of liquid for 20 minutes per pound of meat (450 grams).
**So a 3 lb roast would take 3 - 4.5 cups of liquid (preferably bone broth) and cook for 60 minutes.
- Finish up with a quick release of pressure.
