Bison Liver Pate


Pate made from our Bison Braunschweiger is a surprising appetizer hit. It's incredibly nourishing and carries a rich flavor you'll find yourself going back for.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Northstar Bison Braunschweiger (Beef or Pork also work)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice OR Vinegar

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Chill and serve on crackers. To roll in ball, chill for 1 hour or more and roll into parsley flakes or chives.
