Ingredients:

• 8 oz Northstar Bison Braunschweiger (Beef or Pork also work)
• 8 oz Cream Cheese
• 3 tbsp Chopped Green Onions
• 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice OR Vinegar

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.Chill and serve on crackers.To roll in ball, chill for 1 hour or more and roll into parsley flakes or chives.
