To supply enough meat the right way, we work with other like-minded ranchers. This not only creates a more secure supply chain, it also ensures quality, diversity of region for drought protection, support for many more families beyond our own, and the opportunity to be flexible with our harvest. Outside relationships can also be an area of vulnerability which is why we have put our raising standards into a Producer Affidavit which is required to be signed annually by every rancher (including us) and held on file with the State of Wisconsin in Madison.
