Our Pork Bacon flies off the shelf almost faster than we can put it on! But our Hide to Heart commitment keeps us in balance with selling the whole animal. We won't butcher more pigs just for bacon! There's so much more to it than that. Our Pork Sausage is excellent in spaghetti, lasagna, breakfast burritos and of course the traditional breakfast style. Our Pastured Pork Hams are as authentic as one can get. They are brined and smoked the old fashioned way so they come with a beautiful smoke ring. These hams are leaner than you'll typically find but you'll also find they're incredibly delicious! Per Northstar Standard, everything is 100% Preservative-Free.
