100% Grass-fattened, meatiest ribs that just melt in your mouth. Bones are small, the meat is plentiful and ohhhh so tasty. Leftovers are always the best so we make them that way, to be served the first time on the 2nd day.

These short ribs are tender and juicy with minimal fat. I braised them and slow cooked them in a Caribbean sauce. So Delicious . My mom is a picky and critical eater and absolutely love them as well. You won’t be disappointed. Enjoy
