Description
The lower shank is the bone between the knee and the foot. It is daintier than one would expect but is hard as a rock. Bison have fine bones for agility but their bones are much harder than beef bones making for the perfect dog bone. The lower shank provides strong teeth and focused energy use for a good long while.
