Slow rendered for 72 hours in our jacketed steam kettles, finely filtered, bottled hot, then cooled rapidly, makes for the smoothest, most pure, most nutrient dense Beef cooking tallow available.

*Store in freezer to keep cubes from melting. When ready to use, simply unzip the bag, take a cube out and toss it in the pan. Zip the bag closed and put back in the freezer til next time!
