How To Make Lamb Bone Broth: 

• Add bones to a large stockpot and cover with filtered water. 
• Add apple cider vinegar and let sit for 30 minutes 
• Toss in vegetables, herbs, & spices (optional). 
• Bring to a gentle boil over medium-high heat. 
• Skim any foam that rises to the surface. 
• Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 12-24 hours 
• Add more water if needed during the simmering process 
• Once done strain into container. 
• Enjoy!
