We make our Elk Fajita Strips from Flank Steak & Skirt Steak by hand-cutting them cross-grain into 1/2" wide by 3 to 4" long strips, making marinading extremely effective in a relatively short period of time. Our Fajita Strips make life easier without losing trust in the ingredients.
