"I have ordered bison, elk, rabbit, and chicken from North star bison and it is really delicious. The Elk was so surprisingly good. Tender and tasty. I am histamine intolerant so they carry low histamine meats just made a huge difference in my health. And because it was so delicious, I may continue whether I have histamine intolerance or not."
