"The turkey thighs are one of my favorite pieces of meat. To be able to purchase them from a source that ensure they are grown as nature intended them to be raised is a real treat. Cooked up two of them as soon as they arrived. Once the meat was deboned, the bones were put back in the broth and cooked some more until the bones opened up to let out their wonderful goodness. The tasty healing power of bone/meat broth is indescribable, but so appreciate it. Love being able to add whatever spices, veggies, etc. , I need to for optimum performance for my own body. Since human bodies are all different, it makes sense that what one person needs is different than what another needs, and I have no bones to pick with Northstar Bison for making bone broth, just as is, no additives, as that allows those who purchase it to make their own version of bone broth for their own personal benefit. I appreciate that decision made by Northstar. The turkey meat has been used in sandwiches, to make a turkey vegetable soup, and even to eat as is as a main course protein source. It's tender, oh, so good and tastes like turkey should. To the growers of the turkeys, THANK YOU!!!"

Tender Turkey Thighs
"Slow cooked a couple of turkey thighs from the recent order and oh, so delicious. Not only the turkey, but also the broth. Once the turkey was done I took the bones from it and put it back in the broth and continued to let it cook. Oh, the most delicious nutritious bone broth. Have enjoyed several cups of bone broth from cooking those two thighs. The meat itself is so tender and had made great turkey to put on my version of chef salads, diced in jambalaya, cooked with eggs, eaten by itself as a protein on a dinner plate. Any way at all, it is delicious, tender, and wonderfully safe feeling to eat meat the way it is supposed to be raised. Thank you Northstar Bison."

"I am a pescatarian who also allows turkey in my diet . I’ve missed my meat so I got in touch with Northstar to see if they sold turkey thighs, and they did . It was super expensive, but I missed some of the things that I used to cook with chicken and so it was worth it. The quality was great. It was nice to be able to cook some of the chicken casseroles and substitute the turkey thigh. It worked out great 😊"
