2  pounds Bison Italian Breakfast Links or Bison Sundried Tomato and Parmesan Brats

3 medium bell peppers, thinly sliced (red, orange, yellow, green, or a mix)Â

2 medium yellow onions, thinly slicedÂ

Approx. 3 Cups Marinara Sauce Â

Pinch of SaltÂ

Add the sausage, bell peppers, onions and marinara to a 6-quart slow cooker.Â

Stir to combine, then cover. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-7 hours. Do not uncover during this time.Â

Carefully remove the sausage and slice into 1-inch pieces. Add back to the slow cooker and stir. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.Â
