Not just soup bones

"Firstly I am so happy to support your family's efforts as regenerate ranchers, and happier to experience the results. For these reasons I look forward to my purchases. The orders I received from you are frozen solid when they arrive here on big island Hawaii. You provided me with cuts I haven't found here. The lamb soup bones were buttery delicious with a great texture, not mushy. I made a low and slow coconut curry with them with fried sweet plantains called maduros, flatbread and cucumber salad. YUM! They were meaty and 3 bones made a satisfying meal. The broth made the best curry I ever cooked. The pork soup bones were off the hook. I made a mojito lime green chili pork neck soup with green beans(I grew) and corn on the cob. (too lazy to make corn bread lol) I can tell your herds are well cared for in ever bite. Your side bacon rocks. I found seasoning them and dredged in flour, then shallow fry was best. The slices were streak o lean delicious. Haven't tried the elk ribs yet,but looking forward to them. You make saying grace have a deeper meaning. Love and abundance to your family."
