Our premium Bison Tallow Cubes, made from our regeneratively-raised, 100% grassfed bison fat, is a rich, nutrient-dense fat rendered from 100% grass-fed bison. Slow rendered for 72 hours in our jacketed steam kettles, finely filtered, bottled hot, then cooled rapidly, makes for the smoothest, most pure, most nutrient-dense bison cooking tallow available. Our Bison Tallow delivers clean, pure quality with a mild, neutral flavor. Cooking with tallow is not only an excellent health-conscious choice, it's also helping steward the whole animal, from Hide to Heart. *Store in freezer to keep cubes from melting. When ready to use, simply unzip the bag, take a cube out and toss it in the pan. Zip the bag closed and put back in the freezer til next time!
