I am very happy with this leaf fat. It rendered into beautiful lard in my crockpot and the taste is great, very mild and an excellent complement to any dish. Lard also makes the best pie crust! I live in hot south Texas and the package arrived ice cold and products completely frozen. I will definitely be purchasing from North Star in the future!"
